No seremos responsables por retrasos ocasionados por la empresa de transporte, trámites aduaneros o eventos fuera de nuestro control. SECCIÓN18 - INDEMNIZACIÓN
Usted acepta indemnizar, defender y eximir de responsabilidad a Alonshe, Shopify y nuestros afiliados, partners, ejecutivos, directores, empleados, agentes, contratistas, licenciantes y proveedores de servicios de cualquier pérdida, daño, responsabilidad o reclamación, incluidos los honorarios de abogados, pagaderos a cualquier tercero debido a o que surja de (1) su incumplimiento de estos Términos del Servicio o los documentos que incorporan a modo de referencia, (2) su violación de cualquier ley o de los derechos de un tercero, o (3) su acceso y uso de los Servicios.
Le notificaremos sobre cualquier reclamación indemnizable, siempre que el hecho de no notificarlo con prontitud no lo libere de sus obligaciones a menos que sufra daños materiales.
